MALL - a sun that never shine by Chester Bennington

Hahn was stepping behind the camera to direct
his first feature film , and now comes news that
that movie, ‘Mall,’ will receive an exclusive Nerd
HQ screening at the upcoming San Diego Comic-
Con.
The Comic-Con screening of ‘Mall’ will take place
during Zachary Levi and The Nerd Machine’s fifth
annual Nerd HQ event at Petco Park in San Diego
on July 24. Hahn will take part in a
“Conversations for a Cause” Q&A panel that also
features producer Sam Maydew, composer Alec
Puro and cast members from ‘Mall.’
It’s all part of a busy Comic-Con week for Hahn,
as Linkin Park will play an mtvU Fandom Awards

‘Mall’ centers on a group of disgruntled
suburbanites who find their lives transformed after
a seemingly random shooting at a shopping mall.

Cameron Monaghan, Peter Stormare and James
Frecheville among others.

MALL -Linkin park directed by joe hahn

Joseph Hahn is mostly known for his creative work as the beat master for
the band Linkin Park. He's also directed several of the band's music videos.
The guy is crazy talented and I know he's been trying to direct a feature film
for years. I'm happy to report that it's finally happened for him and he just
made a distribution deal for it.
The movie is called Mall, and it's based on Eric Bogosian 's 2001 novel of
the same name. The story revolves around "five disaffected suburbanites
whose lives come together at a shopping mall following a seemingly random
shooting." This looks like a solid movie. We actually have a trailer for it for
you to check out below, and an international poster that I found above.
Apparently, the film was already released in France.
Paragon Pictures picked up North American rights to the feature which
stars Vincent D’Onofrio, Gina Gershon, Cameron Monaghan, Peter Stormare ,
and James Frecheville .
Malcom’s done with his life. Only the noise of Crystal Meth
gives him a reason to keep going – everything else it has
long regardless. Equipped with a bag full of weapons and
self-made bombs, he makes his way to the nearby mall to
really stir things up. On his personal war campaign, he not
only changes his life radically, but also the fate of other
people who are in the wrong place at the same time: a
teenager whose favorite pastime is smoking pot in his
dreary existence, a housewife, where their best days have
been left behind, a greedy businessman whose only desire
is to increase his wealth and a depressed pervert.

Neymar got injury

CAN BRAZIL WIN WITHOUT NEYMAR

Leaving the Estádio Castelão, it was difficult
not to feel that Brazil, after the initial burst
of jubilation, may have lost their best chance
of winning this tournament for the sixth
time. The night before the match against
Colombia, the main strip of Fortaleza’s
beachfront was not a place where it was easy
to get much sleep. Now, there was a strange
lack of noise and celebration. A lot of the
locals had headed to Clínica São Carlos
instead, gathering outside the main gates to
go through their repertoire of songs in
support of Neymar, lying inside with a
fractured vertebra and his face covered in a
white blanket.
With a clearer head, the news is still a
grievous blow for Brazil, but the damage does
not necessarily have to be irreparable.
Neymar has scored four times so far. He has
had 18 shots at goal, created 13 other
chances for his team-mates and had 241
touches in the opposition half. On each
count, he is out alone as Brazil’s best
attacker. So, yes, it is easy to understand why
the immediate reaction was to suspect the
worse for Luiz Felipe Scolari’s team.
And yet, Brazil have not reached this point
just to raise a white flag because one player –
admittedly, more than just a normal player –
is injured. Willian is a £32m player with the
energy to fit in seamlessly. That, in turn,
could free up Oscar to play in the No 10 role
where he does his best work. Or maybe
Bernard could come in and we might see
why Scolari has described the Shakhtar
Donetsk player as having “joy in the legs”.
That still does not lessen the significance of
an injury that had the president, Dilma
Rousseff, sending her own message of
support to Neymar.
The 22-year-old has demonstrated in this
tournament that his superstar status is fully
warranted (just imagine Barça’s attack next
season if Neymar clicks and Luis Suárez is
playing ahead of Lionel Messi) and the really
sad thing about his absence is that it
deprives the World Cup of one of its real
showmen.
